ITEM: Pocket Fillable Fold-out for patients/clients

The fillable pocket fold-out resource is designed for patients to use in their local GPs or clinics to do the talking for them. This project is inclusive of gender diverse, intersectional identities. It compassionately educates about the reproductive rights and health needs of gender diverse people and increases the visibility of diverse transgender identities.
