ITEM: Pocket card for patients/clients

This series is inclusive of gender diverse, intersectional identities. It compassionately educates about the reproductive rights and health needs of gender diverse people and increases the visibility of diverse transgender identities.

The poster series would be suitably displayed in health and community settings, such as clinics, hospitals, school and youth center nurses’ rooms, and LGBTIQA+ spaces and places. These pocket-sized pieces are designed for further patient-centered settings.
